Built on the best practices of executive education and Christian discipleship, the Spiritual Leadership Institute (SLI) offers courses designed for senior executives who want to take the next step in their spiritual leadership development. Led by top-tier teachers and facilitators, each cohort embarks on a three-year exploration of their identity in Christ, their calling as leaders, and the opportunities God has given them for personal and professional transformation.

Overview
Leadership is a calling, and the CEO Forum helps its members make the most of the calling God has given them by inviting them into an intensive spiritual, relational, and professional development experience that explores biblical perspectives and practices relating to leadership. Our members join a cohort of their peers to journey together towards greater faithfulness and effectiveness in their various spheres of influence. Our proprietary, three-year curriculum is deeply rooted in Scripture and applied to the distinctive context of high-level corporate leadership through the following yearly themes:
- Year 1: “Called to God”
- Year 2: “Conformed to Christ”
- Year 3: “Commissioned to Lead”
Believing that transformational learning happens best in community with others, we design this experience to help participants build confidential spiritual friendships with other CEO Forum Members who are seeking to make the most of God’s calling on their lives. Members finish their experience by presenting a thesis entitled, “My Life as a Spiritual Leader of Influence in the Marketplace”.
