The ENTRUST Leadership Summit is more than a conference—it’s a high-quality, collaborative, learning, networking, and mentoring experience. The purpose of our time together stems from the key interactions with CEOs of influential organizations – to instill vision and courage in you to advance the Kingdom of God in your homes and the global marketplace.

With only 50 participants, the Summit offers a personal and powerful environment where next-generation, Christ-following business professionals (ages 30–45) can grow in their relationship with Jesus and be equipped to live out God’s call as spiritual leaders of influence in the global marketplace.

Across 30 hours, participants will engage directly with CEOs of influential organizations and their spouses—learning from their wisdom in classroom sessions, conversations over meals, shared worship, and informal connection points.

The result is a tight-knit community of emerging leaders, unified by a desire to lead with conviction, humility, and Kingdom purpose in every area of life.

A unique aspect of the ENTRUST Leadership Summit is the opportunity for participants to not just hear from our CEOs, but also to get to know them as individuals. Participants are able to spend time talking with speakers one-on-one and share meals with CEO Forum members as table mentors.

ENTRUST is a strategic initiative of CEO Forum, designed to bring the wisdom, faith, family values, and business experience of Christian CEOs and Senior Executives to the next generation of emerging, high-potential professionals.
