What is the ENTRUST Leadership Summit?

How is lodging handled for the ENTRUST Leadership Summit?

Lodging has been secured for the ENTRUST Leadership Summit at the Hyatt Regency Coconut Point in Bonita Springs, FL (5001 Coconut Road, Bonita Springs, FL, 34134) on Thursday and Friday evenings, February 26th and 27th.

If you completed your registration as a Next Generation Attendee or CEO Forum member with lodging, you will receive a confirmation email from the resort with your room reservation details as we get closer to the event.

A friendly reminder that if you elected NOT to stay onsite in your registration, you are responsible for securing your own lodging offsite. There are also other off-site lodging options that are convenient to the Hyatt Regency Coconut Point:

    When should I plan to arrive and depart from Bonita Springs?

    Arrival: Thursday, February 26th
    •   We suggest arriving onsite at the Hyatt between 12:00PM and 5:00PM.
    •   Conference Check-In begins at 12:00PM.
    •   Formal programming begins at 5:00 PM.

    Departure: Saturday, February 28th
    •   We suggest departing Saturday morning, February 28th.
    •   Formal programming ends at 10:00PM Friday evening, February 27th.

    Hotel check-in at Hyatt Regency Coconut Point begins at 4:00 PM on the date of your reservation and most rooms will be ready at this time. You are welcome to use the amenities of the resort until your room is available.

    If you are arriving onsite before your room is available, please proceed to the hotel check-in desk first. Bag storage will be available for you until your room is ready. There are a limited number of early check-ins available. If you are planning to arrive before 4:00 PM on the date of your reservation and would like to request an early check in, please contact Kayla McKelvey to request being added to our early check-in request list. While we cannot guarantee an early check-in, Hyatt Regency Coconut Point will do their best to accommodate requests.

    Is my spouse invited?

    The Hyatt Regency Coconut Point is a family-friendly resort! Spouses and families are invited to attend and stay in your reserved room. It is common for our summit attendees to bring their families, and we invite spouses to sit in on meals and/or sessions at their discretion.

    Should your spouse desire to attend meals or speaking sessions, please complete their registration with yours, so that we can plan accordingly for their participation in our summit.

    Can I extend my stay?

    CEO Forum has a limited number of guest rooms held in our room block both pre-and-post event: Wednesday, February 25th; Saturday, February 28th and Sunday, February 29th. We encourage you to use your downtime and extended weekend in beautiful Bonita Springs should you plan to stay longer than the 2 days of our event. Contact Kayla McKelvey to request an extension of your stay to lock in your room(s).

    Will I have any free time in the 2 days to relax or work if needed?

    Yes, we allocate a segment of time to accommodate activities outside of the summit programming.

    Is there a deadline for registration?

    There is not a formal registration deadline, but rather the event operates on a first come first served basis with a waitlist for anyone who registers after we have reached capacity. We expect to sell out and move to ‘waitlist only’ by Monday, January 16, 2026, so we encourage you to complete registration before this date.

    What is the attire?

    Florida Business Casual

    Suggestions:

    Florida Business Casual: We may be outside for a portion of the events, so dress for the Florida weather and environment. Men wear slacks, khakis, or dressy jeans. Open-collar, or polo shirt. Women wear slacks with a blouse, dressy jeans, a dress or skirt at knee length. Comfortable shoes are encouraged for all!

    What travel options to Bonita Springs are there?

    Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Resort is centrally located in Southwest Florida, just 20 minutes from Naples, Fort Myers and RSW International Airport.

    Is registration tax-deductible?

    Individual registration and fees associated with the event, lodging, materials, and meals are not tax-deductible. If a CEO Forum member or contact who is not a participant elects to sponsor a Next Generation leader financially through the program, the registration can be counted as a tax-deductible contribution to CEO Forum (CEO Forum is a 501c3 educational non-profit). 

    My plans have changed – what is your cancellation policy?

    All cancellation requests must be made in writing (email is acceptable).

    • 100% refund will be granted when the cancellation request is received more than 40 days prior to the scheduled event (1/16/2026).
    • 50% refund will be granted if the request is received between 40 and 30 days prior to the scheduled event (between 1/17/2026 and 1/26/2026).
    • 0% refund will be granted if the request is received fewer than 30 days prior to the scheduled event (1/27/2026).

    All cancellation requests received on or after 1/27/2026 will be taken into consideration with our event waiting list. In the event we are able to fill your spot with another participant, we may be able to offer you a full refund but cannot guarantee this.
