 2.    What is Annual Forum?

Annual Forum is an annual national gathering held over two nights each fall for CEO Forum members and their spouses. While allowing plenty of time for informal conversations to build deeper friendships and to start new ones, renowned guest speakers will present on topics relevant to our members’ day-to-day journeys in the marketplace and on the home front.

4.    How do I book my room?

5.    When should I plan to arrive in and depart from Colorado Springs?

Arrival: Plan to arrive onsite at The Broadmoor Thursday afternoon, October 12th. Conference check-in begins at The Broadmoor at 12:00 PM Thursday. Our program begins at 3:00 PM with an optional Workshop. Our first large group event will kick off at 5:00 PM Thursday evening with a Welcome Reception followed by dinner and evening programming.

Departure: Formal programming ends with a dessert reception on Friday evening, October 13th at 10 PM. We suggest staying at The Broadmoor Friday evening and departing Saturday morning, October 14th.

 6.    What is the attire?

Thursday evening- Business Casual

Friday- Business Casual

Suggestions:

Business casual: Men wear slacks or khakis, dress shirt, open-collar or polo shirt, optional tie. Women wear dresses, skirts, or slacks and a blouse or nice top.  It can be cool with air-conditioning, so a light jacket or sweater might be helpful.  

 

7.     Is my spouse invited?

CEO Forum exists to engage, encourage, and disciple CEOs and Senior Executives and their families. We believe that including your spouse in your spiritual leadership journey creates synergy between your personal and professional life that is a tremendous blessing. Spouses of CEO Forum members are invited to attend all sessions of Annual Forum 2023. 

The female spouses of our CEO Forum members are invited to a special luncheon on Friday, October 13th at 11 AM in the Crystal Ballroom at The Broadmoor.  

 

8.     What travel options to Colorado Springs are there?

Colorado Springs Airport (COS) is approximately 9 miles/15 minutes from The Broadmoor.  Denver International Airport (DEN) is approximately 75 miles/90 minutes from The Broadmoor.  Here you can find transportation accommodations to and from both airports.

11.   What are the on-site dining options at the Broadmoor?

All meals during the conference are included in your registration. You can find all onsite options for dining here.

12.   What are the options for Friday afternoon activities?

You will enjoy a scheduled conference break on Friday, October 13th from 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM. Listed below are our recommendations for enjoying your down time at The Broadmoor:

    • Golf: We have 4 consecutive tee times (1:40 PM, 1:50 PM, 2:00 PM, & 2:10 PM) on the East Course during our scheduled conference break. Greens fees for the East Course are $325, plus tax.  Club rental is $88, plus tax.  If you are interested in playing golf, please contact Jackie Peak at jackie@theceoforum.org. We have 4 foursome spots (16 individuals total), so please let us know if there are members who you would like to golf with!
    • Manitou Incline: CEO Forum Member, Aaron Ramsay, has offered to lead a hike for those that enjoy a challenging exercise. Please contact Aaron at aramsay@envisionradiology.com, if you are interested.

13.    I am a paying guest and my plans have changed – what is your refund/cancellation policy for paid attendees? 

All cancellation requests must be made in writing (email is acceptable). A 100% refund will be granted when the cancellation request is received 30 days prior to the scheduled event (9/12/2023). A 50% refund will be granted if the request is received between 29 and 14 days prior to the scheduled event (between 9/13/2023 and 9/28/2023). No refunds will be granted if the request is received with fewer than 14 days prior to the scheduled event (9/29/2023).  

All cancellation requests received after 9/13/2023 will be taken in consideration with our event waiting list. In the event we are able to fill your spot with another participant and cover costs associated with your cancellation, we may be able to offer you a full refund but cannot guarantee this. 

14.   I am a paying guest for the event. Are my registration fees tax deductible?

Event registration fees for guests cover all gatherings and meals for the 2-day conference and are not tax-deductible.
